What temp411 does

temp411 is a job board that matches employers with temporary workers. temp411 is not an employer, staffing agency or payroll provider. Employers hire and pay workers directly and are responsible for wages, taxes, insurance and workplace safety.

Binding offers and acceptances

When an employer sends an offer and a worker accepts it, both have committed to the shift as described: the worker to show up and do the work, the employer to provide it and pay for the hours worked. Late cancellations and no-shows affect ratings and may lead to an account being paused.

Fees

temp411 is free for workers. The first 10,000 job posts on the platform are free for employers. After that, each job post costs $20, charged before the job is published. Posting fees are not refundable once a job is live.

Accurate information

Workers must list only skills and certifications they actually hold. Employers must describe jobs, pay and locations accurately and comply with New Jersey wage and hour law.
